Scienaptic’s Ether platform is fundamentally disrupting the way consumer credit is administered. Financial institutions looking to expand their addressable market are engaging with Ether, which offers a suite of smart AI tools to better identify qualified prospects, flag high-risk prospects, and offer a much more comprehensive risk assessment. This approach allows financial institutions to attract prospects that were previously off the map and lend profitably to a previously underserved market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to cultivate trust-based relationships vertically and across the matrix to deliver
    client impact

  • Support new business development with required technical and domain expertise

  • Deliver and exceed client impact on platform deployments

  • Recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing pool of Data Scientists within the organisation

  • Work with client side product and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of
    product roadmap


Skills and competencies:

  • 10+ years of professional experience at banks/financial service institutions in the area of credit
    risk/fraud/ collections and customer management

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with ability to lead and perform data

  • Proven track record of driving results with strong thought leadership and ability to manage multiple
    projects simultaneously

  • PhD/Master’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Business Management
